In this project, I explore and rejuvenate the spiritual essence of Dongtai hair embroidery, a practice once intertwined with faith. Using participants' shed hair, I create personalized symbols and flower designs reflecting their faith. Additionally, an interactive 'Book of Faith' featuring hair embroidery and AR of the flower which enhances participants' connection to their faith, rekindling the art's original spiritual purpose.
